Grand River Station was developed in part to provide affordable housing opportunities for moderate income households. Some apartments have been specifically designated as affordable housing for which you must income qualify. Others are market rate with no income limitations.
Because of these different income brackets, there are a number of different rental rates for the apartments. Below, you will see the income brackets as well as a table of approximate rent ranges.

The units listed in red have all been rented and are unavailable at this time. We are however always taking applications for the waiting lists for those sizes and prices. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Residents will be responsible for Electricty, A/C, Phone, and Cable.
Washers and Dryers are available in each unit for $40 a month.
Units include refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Secured parking is available for $40 a month per parking spot.
